Product Return Policy

We understand that on occasion you want to return an item you purchased from us. We are striving to make this process quick and convenient for you.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product you purchased from us, you can return by notifying us within 3 calendar days of receipt. The product must be returned within 7 calendar days of your notification to us in its original packaging, unopened and in condition for resale. If your return is accepted, you'll need to arrange postage back to us at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We only accept returns of products that have been purchased through our site. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the product arrives in bad condition, or if for some reason the return is the result of an error on our part, we will resend or refund the product (in our sole discretion) within 30 days of the order date. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for food items, sweets, chocolate or any perishables that have been opened. We also do not accept returns for products that have been personalised. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Any return that does not meet the above conditions may not be refunded or replaced. 

Unless the product is faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us. If we have agreed to collect the products from you, we will charge you the cost to us of collection.
